➽ Must be 18+ to commission.
➽ All payment in USD through PayPal.
➽ Full payment is required upfront before commission is started.
➽ Price is subject to change from listed price, dependent upon complexity and revisions requested by the client.
➽ Written character descriptions with very little or no visual references will cost an additional design fee. (Hero Forge, some picrews, pinterest boards, etc. are all useful references. Drawn character art is even better!)
➽ The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at their discretion.⋆ The listed price and terms pertain to personal use only and the artist retains copyright; commercial rights and use of commission must be discussed and agreed upon separately via email.
⋆ Client may not resell commission or sell merchandise of commission.
⋆ The artist is against non-fungible tokens (NFT) and the client does not have the right to sell/mint commission as a NFT or anything related to cryptocurrency or the blockchain.
⋆ The artist does not permit the use of their art in artificial intelligence "AI" image generation databases and/or use, and the client does not have the right to use the commissioned art in said "AI" image generation.
⋆ If the artist needs to cancel the commission, the client will receive a 100% refund. If the client needs to cancel their commission, contact the artist and a refund and/or remaining cost will be negotiated.
